Sales Account Executive
City-Com Communications is a Canadian company providing customers with telecommunications solutions. City-Com is dedicated to innovative solutions, our consultative approach process ensures all aspects of telecom deployments are covered. We are seeking Sales Account Executives with proven experience to initiate, qualify and close new business as well as our current valued customers. At City- Com we provide telecom hybrid systems, cloud solutions, SIP trunking, nurse call systems, voice and data network cabling as well as many telecommunications peripherals. Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key decision makers
- Focus on continually increasing customer satisfaction.
- Manage and report sales activities to sales management.
- Be the expert that articulates our company’s expertise and capabilities.
- Quota attainment: Meeting (and exceeding!) your monthly and quarterly sales targets
Education and Experience
- Post secondary education preferred: you have some kind of traditional or alternative education beyond high school.
- At least 2 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Industry knowledge in Telecom Products and Services is an asset.
- Clear communication skills in all forms; written, oral, email presentation and negotiation.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Used to collaborating and working in a team environment
- Experience is MS Office applications.

Telephone – Telecommunication Technician

Responsibilities
- Install/program/remove/maintain telephone systems and associated hardware and software.
- To analyze/repair/replace telephone equipment, switching systems and associated hardware/software.
- Operate computerized testing systems on lines and equipment.
- Be responsible for inventory, lap top, tools of trade and vehicle.
- Complete and maintain test and service records.
- Work collaboratively with management and customers and maintain relationships
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Availability to work day/evening/weekend/overtime and on call hours/duties as needed.
- NEC, Mitel and or Panasonic certifications/qualifications is a definite asset.
